What the wiki says
NT-999-XVI is an underground bunker on Crusader's moon Daymar. It is designated as a restricted area, and pilots approaching the location will be fired upon by the structure's rooftop turret. Nine Tails gang members are known to occupy the premises, suggesting this is one of their bases of operation similar to NT-999-XX on Yela and NT-999-XV on Cellin.
