What the wiki says
Connor's is a Nine Tails-occupied underground bunker nestled between mountains on Crusader's moon Yela. It is designated as a restricted area, and pilots approaching the location will be fired upon by the structure's rooftop turrets. Equipment inside the bunker suggests it is used as a drug manufacturing and/or processing facility.
