Looking for Isaac Kepler

In-game briefing
Thank you for searching the wreckage of the Blinding Hope and confirming who was lost. As discussed, I need to find out what happened to Isaac Kepler and think that the Moraine might have taken him. I've sent along the location of a nearby Moraine base that they may have taken him to, head there now and see if you can find any data on what happened.
Be careful. I don't know if the station is abandoned.
Thank you for doing this. I need to know what happened to him.
Recco
Straight from the game files. Highlighted parts are what the game emphasises; Dashed boxes are values the game fills in per contract.
Objectives stored under Emergency: Blinding Hope in Trouble
- Go To Blinding Hope - Go to the Blinding Hope's last known location.
- Go To Moraine Asteroid Base - Find information on Isaac at Moraine Asteroid base.
- Go To Battaglia For Data Drive Dropoff - Go to Recco Battaglia at the Employment Center in Levski to drop off the data drive.
- Deliver Data Drive
This contract runs over several stages, and the game files all their objectives under one key. They are shown on every stage because attributing them to one would be guesswork — in game, the other stages have objectives too, they are just not in the files. The full sequence belongs in a walkthrough.
