In-game briefing
The slimy little cretins over at Location · Address have been selling us trash data all while trying to double deal. Can’t let it stand.
We want you to go teach them one final lesson and wipe out all the cowards you can find. Last I heard is they were holed up over near the Location.
Spill their blood, and we’ll fill your wallet.

Straight from the game files. Highlighted parts are what the game emphasises; Dashed boxes are values the game fills in per contract.
The game file carries no objective text for this contract — it is built at runtime. Most contracts are like this. A walkthrough is the only way to document the steps.
