While we look into how the mistake happened, we need someone to head over to Pickup1 · Address to pick up package #Item1 · Serialnumber and deliver it to the correct location at Dropoff1 · Address.
Also, to make your life easier, I'd make sure you have a handheld tractor beam with you.
