Citizens for Prosperity have recently been facing targeted attacks from a group of outlaws based out of Location · Address. This group have made it clear they're not interested in coexisting with us peacefully, so we've been forced to respond.
We would like to avoid being drawn into senseless fighting with them, but can't afford to have them continue to attack us. Our current best course of action is to destroy the data-servers that they use to house their plans, which is where you come in. Head to the above location and destroy the servers on site. It seems unlikely that they will be anticipating an attack from us, but you should still prepare to encounter some hostiles just in case.
