In-game briefing
We have gotten word that the outlaws at Location · Address have begun recruiting with the hopes of launching a raid against Citizens for Prosperity.
In order to deescalate the situation before it gets out of hand, we would like you to disable their power generators and halt their expansion.
Pull this off and it could save a lot of lives.

The game file carries no objective text for this contract — it is built at runtime. Most contracts are like this. A walkthrough is the only way to document the steps.
