In-game briefing
After several attempts at convincing the outlaws at Location · Address to stop their assaults on Citizens for Prosperity aligned settlements, we have decided on a new course of action.
We want you to wipe out all the records they are storing on their servers. This setback should force them to reconsider their actions, or at the very least, give us time to assess further options.
Thanks,
Lima Endicott

The game file carries no objective text for this contract — it is built at runtime. Most contracts are like this. A walkthrough is the only way to document the steps.
