If you accept, head to Location · Address and deal with the outlaws guarding the cargo. Extract it using a heavy-duty tractor beam, recover the cargo, load it in to a ship that can transport Mission Max SCU Size cargo containers, and deposit it on the freight elevator at Destination · Address.
