In-game briefing
We’ve lost touch with a member of our team. Target Name last checked in around Location · Address after sending an update on the movements of a high-level Frontier Fighters member. CFP wants to know if Target Name · Last is okay but also wants to make sure the datapad they acquired is safe.
There’s heavy Frontier Fighters activity in the area. Better bring a bunch of gear and some friends for support. Even if things went bad for Target Name · Last, we need you to do all you can to secure that datapad and bring it to Destination · Address.
Good luck,
Lima Endicott

Straight from the game files. Highlighted parts are what the game emphasises; Dashed boxes are values the game fills in per contract.
The game file carries no objective text for this contract — it is built at runtime. Most contracts are like this. A walkthrough is the only way to document the steps.
