I’m still trying to compile a complete picture of everything that’s been going on at Onyx and I think it would help to have the very latest power usage data.

Explore the Engineering wing and upload the Power Usage data. If the terminal still isn't working, you may have to extract the data and deliver it again.

Travel to Onyx in a vehicle that can be stored in a large hangar.
