RSI Disc. Month: Clear Hostiles from Site

Part of: RSI Disc. Month
In-game briefing
Greetings,
Unfortunately, I've just received word that one of RSI's Discovery Month host locations has been attacked by a group of outlaws. Fortunately, the criminals in question left a rather messy trail of evidence behind allowing us to easily track down their location.
We need a contractor to head to Location · Address and deal with the criminals on site before they can strike again.
Arm yourself appropriately and be wary.
Best of luck,

Straight from the game files. Highlighted parts are what the game emphasises; Dashed boxes are values the game fills in per contract.
The game file carries no objective text for this contract — it is built at runtime. Most contracts are like this. A walkthrough is the only way to document the steps.
