Greetings,
Northrock has been hard at work to identify some of the key players in the recent attacks on RSI's Discovery Month event. As a result, we have located a high ranking member of a local outlaw gang named Target Name.
We've triangulated their last known location was Location · Address, where we believe they are preparing their next attack. Intel suggest they're a cautious individual that may require drawing out by eliminating their comrades first. Bringing a team of skilled operators is heavily advised.
