RSI Disc. Month: Eliminate Known Outlaw

In-game briefing
Greetings,
A high value criminal named Target Name has recently been spotted for the first time in several months and we've been hired to intercept them. With a long history of ship theft and homicide, it seems far too coincidental for them to just suddenly make a reappearance considering the number of high value ships on display at the current RSI Discovery Month event locations.
Our analysts have reported their last known location was Location · Address. We are seeking a contractor to track them down and eliminate them.
Payment and additional work to follow upon your success.
Best of luck,
Adrienne Du-Buisson
