Splintering the Alliance

In-game briefing
I can’t imagine you’ll have much trouble with this, even if it is marginally more challenging than your previous contract. Head to Location · Address and take care of People’s Alliance member by the name Target Name. My informants tell me they may have an escort or two with them. Nothing you can’t handle, of course.
Sincerely,
Vaughn

The game file carries no objective text for this contract — it is built at runtime. Most contracts are like this. A walkthrough is the only way to document the steps.
