Star Citizen mission database

You play. The companion keeps the log.

A small Windows program that follows the log Star Citizen writes anyway: contracts, blueprints, refinery orders, rewards and deaths — session by session, on your dashboard. It reads that one text file and nothing else; the game itself stays untouched.

How long does a contract really take?

The companion measures it: from accepting a contract to completing it, as your game logged it. Once three players have completed a contract, its mission page shows the median — and, signed in, your own time next to it.

Which contract hands out which blueprint?

The companion notes every blueprint you receive and the contract that gave it. Blueprints on your list tick themselves off, and from three players on, each mission page shows what the contract really hands out — without names.

A community database of Star Citizen missions — objectives straight from the game files, plus step-by-step walkthroughs with screenshots, written by players.

How it works

Versefiles combines two things: mission data read straight out of the game files, and knowledge written by players. Knowing which is which matters — one is exact but terse, the other is helpful but human.

Where the data comes from The Data section

Let your AI assistant read all of it.

The whole database over the Model Context Protocol: an assistant searches contracts, reads briefings, objectives, rewards and walkthrough steps, and looks up ships, items and locations — in Claude, in a voice copilot such as Wingman AI, or in a model running on your own machine. Read-only, no account, no key.

This catalogue is missing almost everything.

1,716 of 1,727 contracts have no walkthrough yet. The objectives come out of the game files by themselves — everything after that has to be written by somebody who has flown the mission.

  • Help the community A walkthrough saves the next player the half hour you already spent figuring it out.
  • Top the leaderboard Nobody has scored yet. One walkthrough is worth up to 150 points — the first one takes the top spot.
  • Your work stays A walkthrough is never deleted. When a patch changes the mission, it gets marked for review — not thrown away.
  • Vote and verify Rate what works, flag what is broken in game, and check preview builds before they go live.

Reading needs no account. New accounts are approved by hand — that is the whole spam protection, and it usually takes less than a day. You can also sign in with your RSI handle via Citizen iD.
