With valuable shipments being transported to Levski thanks to this whole Alliance Aid thing, outlaws have been happy as clams targeting the loaded-up haulers. One particular scumbag, Target Name, has hit a half-dozen ships so far and everyone's pretty eager to stop their spree in its tracks.
They were last spotted harrassing ships over at Location · Address. Head there and take out their ship. Payment will be issued once they're neutralized.
